Jayme works with the design and development team to find effective solutions and strategies to create designs that are both visually stunning and cost effective. She is involved in project design, project budgeting and cost saving implementation practices utilizing vendors from across the globe to help minimize FF&E/OS&E costs. 

With stringent practices in place to track and negotiate FF&E, Jayme and her team are able to minimize project interruptions due to manufacturing and logistical difficulties all while maintaining the selected aesthetic.

Shawn brings over 28 years of interior design, architecture and project management to the team. He has worked on projects across the globe with experience in all facets of the design industry.

Shawn has been responsible for the successful delivery of hospitality projects with some of the world's leading brands which include Marriott, Hilton, Alia Resorts, Hyatt, Virgin Hotel Group and countless others.

Farah brings over 20 years of experience in architectural and interior design as well as 3D modeling. Her knowledge of codes, building practices and specification management is unsurpassed. Farah has worked on numerous hotels, restaurants, multi-family and retail throughout the US.

Kaden has spent the last 10 years as an architectural designer in all facets of design including commercial, hospitality and residential. Kaden heads up our rendering team utilizing the newest in computer generation. 

Lena got her start in hospitality as a project manager for a leading purchasing firm. She then moved on to work for Wyndham Worldwide as Senior Project Manager leading a team of procurement professionals. Adding to her list of expertise is her time spent as an independent sales representative where she represented numerous hospitality companies.
